It’s that time again! America’s top Historically Black College and Universities (HBCU) are at it again. This year marks the 6th Annual Honda Battle of the Bands at the Georgia Dome on January 26 in Atlanta. The 10 bands, selected from the 42 participating HBSU bands will showcase their school talent with a variety of music, marching and playing styles. More than 2,000 HBCU student-musicians will be featured in this unique showcase. All 42 participating schools will receive $1,000 grants for their participation. The 10 nominated bands to participate in the Invitational Showcase will each receive an additional $10,000 grant for their school music programs.
