16th Annual Ecumencal Thanksgiving Celebration

The Ecumenical Thanksgiving Celebration is an event organized by more than 20 faith-based groups in Cobb, Fulton and Cherokee counties—featuring uplifting speakers from many denominations and beautiful inspiring music. The event will take place online this year, at, starting at 6:30 p.m. for musical performances with the featured program beginning at 7 p.m. Donations for the Give-a-Gobble program which benefit local area charities (providing turkeys and more) as well as this year’s featured charity, The National Civil Rights Museum, can be made by clicking at: Our program theme this year is "Act Now! Silence is Not an Option." We expect more than 1,000 viewers due to the virtual access. In past years, nearly 800 community members fill the seats in our locations and join together in song, prayer, uplifting messages from clergy and others. It is not to be missed!
