See physics in action as student engineering teams compete head-to-head in a pumpkin launching contest with hand-built catapults and trebuchets.

INSIDE THE MUSEUM

• Get up close with tabletop catapult and trebuchet models and learn more about propulsion and projectile motion.
• Build and decorate your own mini cup flinger to take home!
• Younger scientists can explore the science of fall colors with hands-on leaf creations.

OUTSIDE THE MUSEUM

• Sport inflatables: Try your hand at axe throwing, baseball, football, and basketball.
• Send a museum employee for a swim in the dunk tank!
• Crack open a geode.
• Grab a bite at our outdoor café, featuring special fall festival-inspired treats!
