Fire Ant Festival

Join us for the 26th Annual Fire Ant Festival March 25-26, 2022! Held the fourth weekend of March, small-town Ashburn, Ga., welcomes visitors -- but not the ants themselves -- to the Fire Ant Festival. Known for its wacky and off-the-wall activities, the festival offers family-oriented fun for all ages. Come fill up on your favorite fried treats, buy from a local artisan or just enjoy the many different events! This year's theme is Dolly Part-ANT. Activities include the highly competitive, countywide Find the Fire Ant Contest with a $650 prize starting March 1, 2022!
