Georgia Trustees Gala Broadcast

GHS is pleased and excited to announce that for the first time in history, the 2021 Trustees Gala will be televised. You are invited to watch the induction of David Abney and Juanita Baranco as the newest Georgia Trustees on Saturday, June 5 at 8 p.m. on WPBA in Atlanta and WTOC-TV in Savannah; and at 7:00 p.m. on WRBL News 3 in Columbus and WJBF News Channel 6 in Augusta. The broadcast will also be available for streaming on the GHS Website and YouTube Channel. Check your local listings to confirm broadcast times in your area. The honorees for 2021 are David P. Abney and Juanita Powell Baranco. Abney is the former Executive Chairman of the UPS Board of Directors, former CEO of UPS and a philanthropist. Juanita Powell Baranco is the Executive Vice President and COO of Baranco Automotive Group, a trailblazing entrepreneur and a community leader.
